N3 - ultra-fine wire diameter in-line measurement

N3 measuring range 0.015 to 1mm is the updated model of N2, adding wireless parameter setting (wifi) and measuring head indicating lamps. It performs excellent accuracy as +/- 0.3µm and repeatability as +/- 0.1µm for the measurement of ultra-fine wire from 0.015 to 1mm. Thanks to no moving parts, the measurement is very accurate over a long service life.

  • 1.   Wireless Parameters Setting  

    With wifi module inside, customer can edit parameters throguh cellphone, such as out-of-tolerance alarm, configuration parameters.,etc as well as receiving important parameters.

    2.    Accurate Measurement Even On Vibrating Objects

    Due to high speed exposure, it is still capable of obtaining accurate measurements even there is vibration, promising high accuracy measurement.



    3.   Insensitive To Temperature Change 

    Due to temperature compensation technology, the measurement result will not be affected by environmental temperature change*.   

    *Take the wire diameter of 0.1mm as an example, when temperature variation is 10 centigrade, the measurement result variation≤0.000025mm.

    4.   Accuracy Is Same Over A Long Service Life 

    No moving parts ensures accurate meaurement of N3 over a long service life.
